We offer 10 days 100% refundable CDN plans from the day you purchase the Service. You can cancel your purchased service plan at any time within ten (10) days without giving any reason and secure a full refund.
How to make a claim
Submit your claim within 10 days of your purchase by:
- Logging in to CDN Finder “Client Area”
- Click on “Services” and select “My Services”
- Click on “View Details”
- Click on “Management Actions” and select “Request Cancellation”
- Select “Immediate” cancellation type, briefly describe your reason for cancellation and then click on “Request Cancellation”
Once we’ve processed your claim, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. This will appear as a second transaction in your statement; the time taken for the refund to appear on the credit or debit card statement varies, so the amount may not show on your next statement.
