Unique selling point:
The BA Monitoring system that monitors the performance of a site from the perspective of the end user and sends an email if problems are found. For example, the Web Site Sentinel monitors from an environment close to customers' end users whether their Web site actually goes down or becomes slower in displaying information. It enables customers to confirm the results at the portal site and informs them with an information email whenever their Web site experiences problems.
